Our rooms where large with a/c. Had a hairdryer, a bidet, and bath sheets in the bathroom.

Great location within walking distance to a royal monastery and close to an underground station, making it convenient; the room I stayed in was quiet with air conditioning.

the hotel property was low-budget with just superb location short walk to the centre of old madrid and many major sites. variety of goodies for breakfast.

Plus, there were plenty of cafes and a grocery shop nearby. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and I had access to a shared kitchen, which was a nice bonus. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back.

One thing to keep in mind is that the location can be quite noisy, especially at night. So if you're a light sleeper, it might be a good idea to bring some earplugs.

The quadruple room at Arta was cozy and comfortable, with a flat-screen TV and a wardrobe. I loved having a balcony, perfect for taking in the city views. The air conditioning kept the room cool during the hot Madrid weather. Plus, having an electric kettle was a nice touch for making morning coffee. As a solo traveler, I felt at ease and had everything I needed.

Personally, I preferred having a balcony, but some might not find it necessary.
